HR Specialist ( Saudi national)????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Objectives:? Provide the companys human resources and work to measure their performance and develop their capabilities and efficiency through effective training programs and work to motivate these cadres to innovation and creativity in order to ensure the development of the efficiency of the companys human factor? Effective periodic evaluation of all the companys employees and proposing training plans necessary to improve and evaluate internal and external training programs as well as trainees, and develop objective measurements of the extent of improvement in employees performance.? Continuous work towards stabilizing the conditions of the companys employees by developing the companys values ??among the employees and deepening their sense of safety through a set of systems for their social and health insurance and the provision of appropriate care for them.? Suggesting the development of systems and policies that ensure effective control over the attendance and departure of employees within the approved dates, and a proposal to update work systems and regulations in accordance with the changes.? Monitoring compliance with work regulations that ensure regulatory compliance within the company.? Suggesting and activating the systems of penalties and rewards for the company?s employees under the applicable laws and approved regulations, participating in the development of integrated sets of policies and regulations, monitoring the accuracy of their implementation, and proposing corrective measures in order to deepen commitment to them.Qualifications and experience:Bachelor? degree with at least 6 years of experience, of which at least 2 years as a Human Resources Specialist.
