Main Responsibilities:?˙˙˙Training, Map out annual training plans for management, HR, and all departments. Records all training programs, assessment test and feedback training. Ensuring employees receive required training.?˙˙˙Recruitment, participate in recruitment efforts, posting Job advertisement, organizing CV and job application external & internal hiring.˙?˙˙˙Employee Engagement: Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on regular basis.˙?˙˙˙Communication, maintaining records and files all types of Internal & external Audits and suppliers.
