RESPONSIBILITIES:?

Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Completing reconciliation with bank and other account statements
Notifying senior accountants of accounting errors
Maintains historical records by filing documents
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, inventory records etc. as assigned
Assisting in preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting tasks
