Required for a Telecom Operator in Bahrain, a Telecom Network engineer with the below profile:Responsibilities???????Plan, execute and manage any network changes needed on routers, switches, firewalls and other network elements.???????Monitor Network performance and carrying out optimization with the latest patches and security upgrades???????Carry out system upgrades in coordination with various teams???????Manage load balancing/failover strategies and other redundancies across Network???????Test network performance and recording performance statistics and reports.???????Ensure appropriate back-up and recovery procedures are implemented.???????Remote support as well as visiting customer /data center site and end users during installation and troubleshooting or/and optimizing performance???????Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices in data center???????In case of urgent issues work at night for production functionality issue resolution???????Required to be on-call out of office hours???????Handle L2 and L3 customers complaints???????Interact within teams and different parties???????Any other function as directed by management
