Job Description

Nada International School is recruiting a committed and proficient English Language Teacher to join our vibrant team in August 2024. We seek an enthusiastic educator with a passion for fostering English language proficiency and the ability to inspire and motivate students. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia, with expatriates holding a transferable Iqama and the capability to provide a no-objection letter.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Engaging Lessons: Design and implement instructional strategies that effectively cover the English language curriculum, fostering student engagement and ensuring comprehension.
  2. Knowledge of British Curriculum: Demonstrate proficiency in teaching the British Curriculum, integrating appropriate methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
  3. Contribute to Holistic Development: Collaborate actively in the schools character development programs, promoting students academic and personal growth.
  4. Assessment and Evaluation: Administer regular assessments to track student progress, offer constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning needs.
  5. Curriculum Development: Work collaboratively with the English department and school leadership to develop and refine the English language curriculum, aligning it with educational standards and goals.
  6. Effective Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning, manages student behavior effectively, and encourages mutual respect and cooperation.
  7. Parent and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and other channels to discuss student progress and classroom activities.
  8. Continuous Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with advancements in English language teaching methodologies, contributing to the continual enhancement of the departments practices.
