Our team ensures the integrity of data and provides valuable financial insight to the business.˙Partner with the best˙As Lead Finance Specialist - Manufacturing Operations you will work on Site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities. Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E.˙As a Lead Finance Specialist˙ - Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for:˙

  • Providing leadership in planning cycles including developing estimates and operating plans & reviews for SII & Operating Plan.
  • Supporting business growth by being a business partner through value added analysis to help drive decision making.
  • Owning & leading the QMI?s by dealing with all the stockholders to provide a clear visibility on the orders, Sales, Cash..etc & develop profitability reports and all the KPI?s.
  • Creating new performance metrics and automate financial reports in order to support Business decisions.
  • Developing and implement simplification efforts of key operating processes.
  • Supporting quarterly closing and the ongoing estimate process, such as weekly pacing, and develop continuous variance analysis on key business metrics to understand trends, risks, opportunities and variances to targets.
  • Owning and disseminate knowledge around relevant Systems (i.e., Oracle, Hyperion) to maximize efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Leading and coordinating with all P&Ls on the quarterly closing activities & reporting.
  • Owning the bases cost responsibility by providing monthly & quarterly spend analysis to functional leaders. Lead, drive & track cost out opportunities across the business.
  • Developing & implementing systemic productivity process improvements on quarterly closing & variance analysis.
  • Working with functional leaders to implement cost out initiatives.
  • Working with ITO/OTR/SHOP/FSE team to develop profitability reports for projects across the activities function.
  • Owning and disseminating knowledge around relevant Systems to maximize efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Fuel your passion˙To be successful in this role you will:˙
  • Have a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering or Business Administration and minimum of 5 years of financial work experience being at least 3 years in FP&A with focus on Balance Sheet and Income Statement expertise.
  • Have Fluent skills in French and English.
  • Have clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly understand new concepts.
  • Have Proactive attitude to simplify processes and tools / Capacity to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Have solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, ,Business Objects, etc.).
  • Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Have strong Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros).
  • Have ability to manage simultaneously multiple tasks, promote team work, accountability and speed.
  • Have good understanding key processes and transactions and ensure they are being booked in the proper Accounts and Cost Centers.
