  • Providing occupational health care to employees, leading the team of health professionals as well as developing and implementing global health programs and projects in respective area
  • Delivers occupational health, industrial hygiene, and medical care service for employees as per Henkel Health procedure and local regulations/law
  • Supervises and leads health professionals and manages healthcare facilities activity in the respective area
  • Develops and improves effective health system aligned with corporate and regional health vision and local regulations/law
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates health programs, campaigns and projects in the respective area including health activity reporting
  • Acts as key contact person regarding occupational health, medical care, and wellness topics for a defined area at Henkel - Acts as a site emergency physician as needed
