As a Utilities and Electrical Manager, you will be responsible to provide technical support for the various departments, set up a site maintenance policy: Equipment Utilities, HVAC, Compressors, Water Management System, Electricity, Gas, Wastewater. In collaboration with the EHS department, you will participate in the implementation of the EHS system and maintain it to ensure the safety and health of site employees and ensure respect for the environment, in compliance with local regulations and GSK recommendations for all departments of GSK Algeria. You will manage new work projects and installation of new equipment, manage the use of energy on site, manage the curative management service of utility equipment and manage the security-related systems at all GSK Algeria sites as part of the equipment used. You will participate in the development of procedures related to electrical equipment and the coordination of electrical activities on site. You will support the management of internal or external subcontracting work as well as the interventions of external companies on all electrical systems. You will also liaise with external bodies and institutions such as local authorities, FM Global ... etc. You will be responsible to comply with EHS, QUALITY, GES standards, while applying and enforcing GMP and safety rules during interventions. You will participate in the compliance of electrical systems in accordance with EHS standards, participate in risk assessment and optimization of EHS aspects and participate in the determination of causes during RCA. You will additionally be responsible for the management and monitoring of equipment obsolescence. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities also include some of the following: Set up and ensure the follow-up of the realization of the preventive maintenance schedule of all utility and electrical equipment. Update the KPl management common with the other sites of the group. Ensure the availability of spare parts to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations. Ensure that identified site projects are completed on time and at budget cost while respecting quality, EHS and local regulations. Participate in the identification of risks in its sector and EHS of the site according to the criteria defined the risk management procedure. Participate and possibly perform different analyses required by GSK and local authority procedures. Implement the prevention of interventions by External Companies (Inspections, training, Prevention Plan, work permits, etc.) Ensure safety (people, installations, construction sites, interventions by external companies ...) Ensure the protection of the environment (waste, air pollution, discharges, etc.). Manage the expenses of the department within the allocated budget. Be the guarantor of the health of the employees present on the site Ensure the application of the sites EHS policy within the scope of responsibilities. Manage its implementation and implement the associated action plans. Participate in the updating of the Site Master Plan and ensure the progress of its action plan Deploy the self audit as described on the TP13 and ensure the improvement of the score of the site Maintain the Risk Registry site and pilot risk mitigation plans on time Monitor and interpret internal EHS indicators and those reported to the group, ensure that the identified solutions/initiatives are achievable and that their objectives are achievable. Ensures compliance with GSK norms and standards throughout the site Monitoring the obsolescence of electrical equipment Participates in the development of specifications, the choice of different equipment, the choice of suppliers and service providers Contribution to teamwork and the achievement of collective goals Respect for costs, deadlines, safety and quality Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/HVAC or any other technical specialty. 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position or another technical position (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/HVAC). Knowledge of standards and best practices. Knowledge in the field of equipment maintenance. Experience in the management and maintenance of utility and electrical equipment. Why GSK?
