We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Railway Structure Technician to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:Inspection and Assessment:Conduct regular inspections of railway structures such as bridges, tunnels, and culverts to identify potential issues.Perform detailed assessments of structural integrity, identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.Maintenance and Repair:Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent structural deterioration.Implement repair and rehabilitation projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute effective maintenance plans.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of inspections, assessments, and maintenance activities.Generate comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and completed work.Emergency Response:Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as natural disasters or accidents, to assess and address structural damage.Coordinate with relevant teams to implement swift and effective solutions during emergencies.Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, operations, and safety teams to ensure a seamless and safe railway network operation.Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams as needed.Compliance and Safety:Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance and repair activities.Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance with railway safety regulations.Training and Development:Stay informed about advancements in railway structure technology and maintenance practices.Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or relevant education is a plus.Must Have Saudi Driving LicenseProven experience as a Railway Structure Technician or similar role in railway maintenance.Strong understanding of railway structure design, construction, and maintenance principles.Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
