Interpret the statistical and accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of cost, budgets, and policies of operation, trends and increased profit possibilities
Develop accounting and financial management systems and reports
Analyze and interpret monthly operating or project performance against budget
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate internal controls
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage and comply with the government reporting requirements and Tax filings
Monitor and review monthly TAX report. VAT, WHT, ZAKAT.
Dealing with the bank, online banking, LC, bank guarantee ?
Liaising with external auditors and actively participate in the audit process until its completion and filing with authorities.
Make scenarios and simulation on cost, volume profitability and break-even analysis
Good knowledge of export and import formalities
Practical knowledge in Cash flow management in best- and worst-case scenarios.
Ability to determine costs based on activities, job as well as standard costing techniques.
Regularly produce monthly MIS pack for management that is useful for decision making in addition to regular reports such as Balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement etc.
