Job Description

  • Getting RFQs for the requested materials and making comparisons.
  • Negotiating contracts and vendor quotations.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations.
  • Strategic sourcing and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Overseeing the companys procurement policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating supplier information.
  • Follow imported shipments and follow up with suppliers, and customs agents until the material reaches the project site.
  • Follow up with stores regarding the stock levels and materials reordering.
  • Follow with finance the vendors payment as per the company payment terms.
  • Adding all the procurement data to the ERP system.
