Working Hours Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM till 4:30 PMSalary Paid in fresh DollarType of position Full TimeLocation Beirut, LebanonJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Agent to join oursales team. The Pre-Sales Agent will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potentialsuppliers and partners to drive sales opportunities and revenue growth. This position requires excellentcommunication skills, a strong understanding of our products or services, and the ability to effectivelyarticulate value propositions to prospects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, andpassionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the pre-sales process.Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs through the Sales representative?s request and profiling of the customer in order to make sales presentations remotely for products CTS sells.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
  • Lead generation for Sales Executives.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.
  • Plan sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.
  • Prepare presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the
  • sales department.ÿ
  • Answer customers? RFPs and RFIs for our local and global sales teams.
  • Get engaged with the customers' suppliers and partners and the interpretation of their needs to derive advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers? demands.
  • Collaborate with sales, product managers, and operations/technical teams to design customized solutions that meet customers? needs.
  • Be able to handle cross-departmental communication and collaboration with other departments
  • to develop strategies for the success of a project, a POC?.
  • Providing ongoing support to the sales team for successful opportunities.
