Job Description

A leading technology company in Beirut, Lebanon is seeking a Senior Sales Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in technical sales support. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team and customers, assisting with product demonstrations, and conducting technical presentations. The Senior Sales Support Engineer will also play a key role in identifying customer needs and recommending solutions, as well as assisting with the development of sales strategies and proposals.Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including answering technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product knowledge.
  2. Assist with product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
  3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on product capabilities.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and proposals.
  5. Assist with the development of technical documentation and training materials.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products, and provide feedback to the sales and product development teams.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and services.
  9. Provide feedback and input to the product development team based on customer feedback and market demands.
  10. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical sales support role.
  3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the companys products and industry.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  8. Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as needed.
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic.
  10. Experience working with CRM software is a plus.
