Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Plan, organize and manage full life-cycle talent Acquisition activities across all branches (Lebanon, Qatar, UAE, Iraq, KSA, Jordan and Algeria), review the quality of work executed, highlight problems/discrepancies and under-performance cases, carry on investigations/assessments as needed to propose relevant solutions and provide guidance and support on their proper implementation to ensure that resources are used effectively and work is completed within set deadlines with high standard of efficiency.
  2. Provide professional advice, guidance and training to talent acquisition units in branches and internal customers at all levels on all aspects of the hiring process including hiring strategies, interviewing techniques, candidate selection and best practices to ensure talent acquisition and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, procedures and other regulatory requirements and to offer a high-quality candidate experience.
  3. Review and update periodically talent acquisition policies, procedures, manuals and s, organize and standardize activities across all branches and manage their proper implementation on a day-to-day basis to ensure a smooth process for all parties.
  4. Establish objectives and KPIs for the talent acquisition function, prepare and analyze periodic statistical reports to measure selected talent acquisition KPIs, quality and efficiency and recommend ways forward to ensure improvement of the talent acquisition section.
  5. Develop and implement various talent acquisition projects that aim to brand BUTEC as an Employer of Choice (i.e. attending career fairs and university presentations, organizing internship programs).
  6. Lead the general orientation of new employees and follow-up on their performance during the probation period to ensure a smooth on-boarding process and to address any areas of improvement in a timely manner.
  7. Coordinate with all concerned parties to handle the staffing plans in order to meet BUTEC projects? needs and preserve the in-house talent.
