He shall be fully familiar with and aware of international codes and Standards. Including Saudi Aramco Standards.
Verification of Quantity Take off from Contractual / Bid / V/s IFC for Civil, Mechanical / Piping / E & I.
Prepare evaluation for variation.
Checking and finalizing subcontractor?s Valuation and Preparing Payment Certificate.
Preparation of Material requisition plan.
Assist in establishing client?s requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure the proposals will work.�
Prepare and analyze the cost of the tender.�
Analyzing terms and conditions of the contract.�
Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate such.
Forecasting the costs of different resources needed for the project.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other documentation.
Tender management includes preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions and assembly of tender documents.
Contract management and contractual advice.
Valuation of construction work.
Claims and Dispute management.
Life Cycle Cost analysis.
Value Engineering. (Quantity Extraction of Post IFC and advice if any).�
