Job Description
Generate leads.ÿ
Support team in achieving individual and team sales and gross margin targets.ÿ
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and provide consultation on products and services.ÿ
Work closely with designers and estimators in developing quotations and sales orders.ÿ
Work closely with the Design & Estimation team to ensure design and estimated values are in line with client expectations.ÿ
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.ÿ
Identify leads and opportunities and arrange meetings with clients along with relevant team members.ÿ
Gather client-specific knowledge and market requirements and recommend specific solutions of both products and services to the Sales Manager / Team Leader.ÿ
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations to management.ÿ
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.ÿ
Meet regularly with Account / Client representatives to maintain and improve relationships.ÿ
Maintain effective market intelligence specific to the Account / Client and early warning service related to market trends.ÿ
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.ÿ
Liaise with operations prior to quotation to accurately capture installation, service, and other relevant costs.ÿ
Coordinate with the Operations to ensure Supply Chain and Installation and Maintenance services are efficiently provided to the projects within the function.
