Working under the guidance of the Pastry Chef, you will assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality desserts, pastries, bread, and other baked goods in line with the hotels standards of excellence.Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or relevant position in a bakery or pastry kitchen in a luxury hotel or well established restaurant.
• Solid understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Knowledge of different types of bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Basic understanding of culinary principles and techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creativity and ability to contribute to menu development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Formal culinary education or relevant certification is a plus.
