Executive - Tenant RelationsJob Location : DubaiDescription :?The Executive - Tenant Relations is responsible for maintaining effective relationships between tenants and landlord.?The role entails being the primary contact and spokesperson within the retail department for all the tenants and is responsible for ensuring all tenants comply with policies and defined regulations.?The successful candidate will be responsible for escalating tenant issues and upon agreement with higher management, provide a resolution to tenant enquiries.Requirements:-?Degree qualified or equivalent in relevant related discipline?Experience in handling customer complaints?Experience in resolving tenants issues?Knowledge and exposure to the GCC retail market?Have good financial acumen?Able to coordinate with other departments and rigorously follow up on tenants and management requests
