Job Description

Achieve the annual revenue and contribution targets set for the renewable energy business to ensure attainment of the company set goals and profitability. Develop sales & marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment policy, nature or market, and cost and markup factors. Develop an ambitious business plan to maximize the market potential for the renewable energy business. Develop, implement and monitor short term and long-term business strategies and initiatives for renewable energy components and services. Review with Group General Manager to exchange business plan information for use in decision making & implementation. Inform top management on market developments from time to time. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities (commercial surveys, research & forecast) to determine new projects, and demand for products and services offered by the firm and its competitors. Perform budgeting of Renewable energy projects, and analyse sales statistics to determine sales potential, inventory requirements, and customer/consultant preferences. Effectively manage P&L through collaboration and coordination within the team members to implement changes to improve financial & operational results thereby reducing the operational cost wherever applicable. Maintain and grow existing client database by retaining existing clients and plan and expand companys business by identifying potential customers and entering new markets with the goal of maximizing the firms profits or share of the market, while ensuring the firms customers are satisfied. Overall leadership and mentoring of the sales, marketing and project execution teams in bringing in new business.
