Job Description

Salary3,000 - 4,500 Base Salary + 10-30% Tiered Commission Structure Earn 5,000 - 16,000+ per month with CommissionNail Technician Responsibilities: Evaluating the condition of nails and advising on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments. Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients. Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which include removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients preferences. Applying Artificial, Gel nails and extensions. Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment after each use. Hair Stylist Responsibilities: The ability to communicate with customers and understand a look they want, even if they dont know the technical terms for a certain hair style. Experience using different types of scissors, trimmers and other tools to create hairstyles Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting hair. Performing scalp treatments. Describing different hair care products and their benefits. Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods. Additional Requirements: Examine skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition, appearance, and appropriateness of scheduled service. Determine and advise guests on proper skin, hair, or nail care and recommend home care regimens. Waxing, and facial services. Providing quality hand and foot massages. Ensuring that nail, hair and massage supplies are adequately stocked. Ensuring that company equipment is kept clean and orderly Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Overall Responsibilities: Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair, skin & nail care retail products & Booking Packages. Strong knowledge of product ranges in the salon. Maintaining product inventory and communicating this in advance with the office manager. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day.
