Job Description

As the Business Unit Head, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic direction and growth of our solar energy division. Role Overview: Business Development: Lead strategic initiatives to identify new market opportunities and expand our presence in the solar energy sector. Sales Management: Oversee the sales team to drive revenue growth and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Operations Management: Optimize divisional operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, with a focus on project management and supply chain optimization. Project Management: Direct the execution of solar energy projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the division, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). Masters degree or MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, operations, and project management within the solar energy industry. Previous experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a divisional head or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
