Waynah properties, WAYNAH Group, is looking to onboard the best & creme de la creme of real estate experienced/senior brokers who will be responsible for helping us to sell our exclusive inventory and provide best customer service experience to our clients.This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties- Study property listings, evaluate properties, and provide guidance and assistance to clients- Assess clients? needs and preferences and suggest suitable properties- Stay up to date with the latest real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants- Prepare contracts, leases, and other legal documents- Conduct property viewings and open houses- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in every stage of the process, from property inspections to financing and closing deals- broker card- Proven track record of deals closures- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of real estate regulations, market trends, and best practices- Ability to use real estate management software CRM and computer applications- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlinesWhat we offer:-brand new office in prime locations-exclusive inventory (mix of apartments, villas, plots, hotels,...)-Car with driver to conduct meetings/viewings.-Deal support in negotiations & transfers.-crypto payments accepted- Managers cheqs provided to buyers at no cost-photographer to ensure high quality listings-Personal branding and social media boosting-International road shows-Best mortgage rates possible in the market for buyers-sim cards-we are under the process of getting GREAT PLACE TO WORK Certification-Exclusive projects- Leads distributed on daily basis.-Commission starting 50% and above.note: no salary, only commission
