Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding and attracting top talent to our organization and will possess strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and internal company networks
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates receive timely and responsive communication throughout the recruiting process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data and metrics
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience in Social Media Management, Content Writing
  • Proven ability to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR colleagues
