Candidate will be responsible for the following:

Oversee daily production operations
To manage shift production for all product lines with available resources and meeting the quality standards
Ensure that production meets health, sanitation and quality standards
Create weekly plan for production and organizing workmen to achieve target output of the shift
Oversee the daily production operations and implement weekly production plan to finish production as per the delivery date
Maintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitability
Making sure that the processing is being done in line with company?s specifications & formulations
Maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee timesheets
Maintain and verify all production records for various internal and external audits
Ensure that production meets health, sanitation, and quality standards
Implement and maintain Food Safety procedures
Monitor performance of workers reporting to them.
