  • Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local real estate regulations and pricing trends
  • Strong numerical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with RERA rules for property transactions
  • Innovative marketing abilities
  • Proven real estate sales experience
  • Comfortable with commission-based work
  • UAE Driving License
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through calls and emails
  • Develop new investor and client relationships
  • Analyze market trends and negotiate deals
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Conduct property valuations
  • Network and specialize in your assigned community
  • Address client concerns and objections
  • Manage property listings and client portfolios
  • Provide expert market advice
  • Qualify leads, conduct viewings, and finalize deals
  • Identify new business opportunities across UAE cities
  • Select properties from our database per client requests
  • Stay updated on market trends and new projects
