Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our clients team in Dubai, UAE. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for their digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create wireframes and prototypes, and design visually appealing interfaces.

  1. User Interface Design:
  • Develop visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with UX designers to understand user needs and incorporate user feedback into the design process.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency in the final product.
  1. Brand Consistency:
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design elements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system to ensure a cohesive visual language.
  1. Research and Trends:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Conduct research on user interface best practices and incorporate findings into design processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to iterate quickly and receive constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into design concepts.
  2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make iterative design improvements.
  4. Design visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and meet business goals.
  5. Ensure consistency and coherence in design across different platforms and devices.
  6. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  2. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
  4. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Experience with responsive design and designing for mobile platforms.
  9. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  10. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
