OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:Thorough Knowledge of Hotel Operations:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of guestrooms, amenities, and features.
• Provide accurate information on hotel services, rates, and operational hours for all departments.
• Be familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), LSOPs, and emergency procedures.

Exceptional Customer Service:

• Answer phones courteously and adhere to proper phone answering procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Promote the hotel, restaurant, lounge, and gift shops to enhance the guest experience.

Effective Leadership and Team Management:

• Assist in managing daily operations, conducting performance appraisals, and implementing development plans for assigned staff.
• Ensure coaching and counseling methods align with Marriott International standards.
• Foster a positive team environment, encourage a proactive attitude, and provide proper handovers for smooth operations.

Compliance and Security:

• Conduct regular PCI and hospitality audits to maintain compliance with Marriott International standards.
• Adhere to Marriott Brand standard compliance requirements for all front office sections.
• Stay security-conscious and report any suspicious activities promptly to the Manager on Duty.

Information Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate with colleagues, departments, and immediate superiors for effective communication of operational details.
• Stay well-informed about daily/weekly/monthly plans, events, promotions, and bookings.
• Monitor group reservation forecast data and respond to incoming reservation sales opportunities.
