About The Food Lab:Established in 2020, The Food Lab stands as Egypts premier Kitchen as a Service (KaaS) Cloud Kitchen Operator. The TFL platform seamlessly manages the entire spectrum of F&B Operations, spanning procurement, preparation, and efficient order fulfillment & delivery. The overarching vision of The Food Lab is to emerge as the largest digital food brand company in the region. This journey is meticulously tracked, generating data-driven insights to fuel strategic development, whether for new menu offerings or to maximize marketing potential.Job Opportunity:This position serves as the gatekeeper to all the operational data necessary for the efficient running of our brands. This means you will be in charge of entering all the data related to culinary operations through our own proprietary system, as well as other public domain systems and databases.You will also be responsible for the management of the data, maintain detailed changelogs, issue periodic updates to different stakeholders within TFL.Job Responsibilities:

• Adding and revising data on various systems
• Sending periodic data updates via email
• Coding ingredients with Operations department
• Coding packaging with Operations department
• Review recipe data and associated metadata for accuracy
• Assist Tech & Product with new software rollouts by providing valuable hands - on feedback
• Provide ad-hoc reports and information to different stakeholders within TFL

KEY Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google sheets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Interested in and curious about Food
• Good time management and strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and time-management skills
