Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a typist with a thorough knowledge of UAE visa processing.. MOHRE Labour processing, GDRFA visa processing on e-channel and smart Dubai.. Proficiency in English & Arabic typing and data entry with high accuracy and speed.. Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.. Familiarity with legal and official document formatting and terminology.Admin Coordinator - Job Requirements:. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and relevant software tools and applications.. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.. Providing document clearing services for clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner..
