  1. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining a high level of knowledge about travel destinations, products, and services.
  2. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management to ensure the agencys financial health.
  4. Compliance: Ensure that the agency complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel-related regulations.
  5. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Utilize online and offline marketing channels effectively.
  6. Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
  7. Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure favorable terms for the agency.
  8. Documentation: Oversee the accurate preparation and maintenance of travel documents, itineraries, and invoices.
  9. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve services and resolve any issues promptly.
