About the job Assistant Manager AuditKey Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing various financial consulting services, coordinating with
various internal and external stakeholders, locally and internationally.
Based in Islamabad, you will also be responsible for managing the local teams working on
various projects, and coordinate with staff, managers and partners in other offices.
Youll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and
confirm that work delivered to clients is of a high quality. As part of this, youll anticipate and
identify risks and escalate issues, as appropriate. As an influential member of the team, youll
help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and
help them to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring.

The ideal candidate shall meet the following criteria;

At Least 3 years of experience.
MBA from a reputable University (majors in finance), fully Qualified CA or ACCA�professional
Strong project management skills
Proactive / self starter and have the ability of leading teams.
Coaching, mentoring and counselling experience
Fluent English communication skills
Prior experience of dealing with international clients will be an added advantage.
