Abyss is driving to automate the maintenance process fully, expanding the applications and capabilities of our products.Position Summary:The Mid Project Manager is an experienced professional with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in related fields. With a background in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications, the individual will be responsible for delivering medium to large impact projects. This role involves close collaboration with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers, providing an excellent opportunity for mentorship and career development.Key responsibilities:

• Employ a hybrid methodology of Agile and waterfall practices to successfully manage remote inspection services projects in the Energy industry.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Foster positive relationships with project team members, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to relevant parties.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage project issues, escalating to higher management when necessary.
• Implement contingency plans to ensure project success despite potential challenges.

Qualifications:

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
• Relevant experience in project management of 2-4 years.
• Familiarity with the energy sector and digital inspection technologies is a plus.
