Description :Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 7th March 2024What is Expert Partner Assurance?At Jazz Business Assurance, the sub function of Partner Assurance˙ plays a crucial role in assuring the partnership-based domains from technical, business and financial perspectives. From roaming to Interconnect and A2P, VAS and other such domains, the function provides an end to end assurance to ensure no leakages go unnoticed and the risks unattended.This Expert level role is part of a 7-member team and reports to the Manager Partner Assurance and Traffic Bypass. The position is responsible for conducting assurance related activities in Roaming and A2P domains. This involves doing multi-level Analytics on Big Data to proactively highlight ˙fraud and Revenue leakage threats and suggest/recommend remedial measures/actions.What does Expert Partner Assurance do?

  • Closely work with different stakeholders and functional domains on new offerings, Services, Projects, and assignments.
  • Focuses on proactive aspects of data and how it can be applied to drive business and programmatic decisions.
  • Employ data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Provide assurance on Roaming by executing daily and monthly controls.
  • Execute bi-monthly validations of Revenues and Costs in the Roaming domain.
  • Execute monthly validations of partner invoices in the Roaming Domain.
  • Execute controls to mitigate risk of frauds in Roaming Domain.
  • Track and address customer complaints on the preventive measures taken to curb frauds.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly visibility on assurance and the outcomes to the management.
  • Work on ad-hoc project and assignment as and when required by the management.
  • Automation of Assurance Controls and Alerting.
  • Systems and tools deployments, upgrades.
  • Understand and analyze emerging risks or mitigation strategies.

  • MS, MIT, MBA with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Revenue Assurance Experience, preferably in Analytics, System Development, Automation and Database.
  • SQL, SQL Server, Hadoop (Hive), Oracle, ETL (SSIS, etc).
  • Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Data Pattern Analysis, Data Visualization (Power BI, SSRS, etc).
  • Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
  • Communication & Presentation skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Time and Stress Management.
  • People and Stakeholders? Management.
