[nYour JobWe are hiring for Export/ Order Management Executivexa0for our Guardian Glass Jubail plant.xa0As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective customer service to the client.Our TeamThe position will be part of customer services department iasioning with all capabilities of supply chain and operations team.What You Will Do

• Order Fulfilment, Validation, Modification, and Cancellation. Identification of exceptions and providing resolution to issues.
• As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective customer service to the client.
• Performs tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision. Good understanding of one or more processes.
• Call and receive calls from customers with relation to orders
• Consult customer on availabilities (routes, lead times, stock availability).
• Transport Plan Delivery- On time.
• Create delivery and follow up on shipments.
• Resolve Order Management Issues.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 1 -3 Year Experience in Supply Chain specially within Order Management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
• Attention to Details.
• Excel Basic Skills (Functions and formulas).
• Customer Services Skills.
