Job Description

With its ever-growing appetite for success, K.U.S Group?s vision is to be a global supplier & services provider of all Building Materials.Reporting to the Regional Director, the?Regional Business Development Manager?will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company in countries in the South Asia region. This job is primarily based in an office setting, although travel may be required to meet with clients and prospect business ventures.

  1. Support the company in formulating a long-term Regional Business Development Strategy.
  2. Establish the Regional Business Development function working closely with the Regional Director by setting the company?s regional business development vision, mission, goals, strategies, and deliverables based on the company?s objectives and budget.
  3. Participate in the development of the organization?s periodic strategic and operational work plans.
  4. Collaborate with the subsidiary?s CEO to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities within their area of support and ensure full utilization of the region?s resources and experiences.
  5. Support as well as guide the country executives or CEO in appraising policies and strategies relating to Business Development.
  6. Oversee implementation, communication, and integration of marketing strategies set for the region, ensure alignment with the overall business goals and objectives, and meeting targeted marketing outcomes.
  7. Champion the organization?s growth initiatives within the region by supporting the subsidiary?s business initiatives/programs to improve its footprint within its local area.
  8. Build the K.U.S brand and promote it regionally and internationally, where applicable.
  9. Keep abreast of new developments in the industry and competitive strategies and developments at a regional level.
