To deliver the EPG Curriculum through appropriatepedagogy, teaching and behaviour managementstrategies within an approved observation, recordingand reporting framework to ensure all children canaccess learning at their individual level and progressaccording to or beyond the expected rate according toUK standards.Work to the highest standards according to thefollowing areas:?EPG Curriculum?Quality Teaching and Learning?Induction and data driven CPD?Experiences and outcomes for all children?Partnership with parents?Leadership?EPG professional expectationsJob responsibilitiesEPG Curriculum? Show an understanding of appropriate pedagogyand approach to Early Years teaching andlearning and ensure that this is evident in dailyclassroom practice.? Know and understand the EPG curriculumaccording to the subject taught.? Plan and prepare lessons on the approved formatin order to deliver the EPG Curriculum.? Identify opportunities for observations, recordkeeping and differentiation in Lesson Plans.? Identify clear teaching objectives and learningoutcomes, with appropriate challenge andexpectations.? Ensure all lessons have breadth and balance andfollow the approved flow, including CarpetTimes and Centers.? Use only approved resources to support thecurriculum unless with prior approval from theLearning Leader.? Reflect on teaching and learning and recordthrough checklists, observations, assessments,digital record keeping and on the Lesson Plan.
