Post-paid BusinessRole : Manage the End to End to CVM operations for Post-paid Business for a Reputed client inMiddle EastResponsible to Manage the entire CVM operations for Post-paid BusinessResponsible to Identify Customer segments to be worked uponDesign various Intent CVM programs for Segments (Like Upsell, Cross Sell, Retention)Implement marketing program/campaign drives to enhance CVM penetrationIdentify areas of improvement and discuss with Technology teams about enhancement of featureson platformTrack competitor activities in various and discuss relevant counter strategies with business teamsand come up with programsStudy market requirements on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for incremental revenuesResponsible for Campaign configuration on platform, do UAT prior Go Live and track Key KPIs postlaunch and take corrective action if necessarySkills & Experience: A candidate should have / bePrior CVM experience (Preferably Post-paid but not Mandatory)Willing to learn and execute Tasks and do campaign configurationOwn the entire processUnderstand post-paid productsHave analytical bent of Mind to understand customer behavioursTeam PlayerA good connector in between Internal & External teams Company Profile Easy Recruit is a Recruiting Agency based in Bangalore - India.
