Job Description

BIM OperatorQualifications:? Expertise in CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) generally attained through studies resulting in an at least an associate degree.? A minimum of 12 years of experience in CAD design, drafting, printing, etc., preferably in a life science and/or regulated environment.? Proficiency in Autodesk suite of products, AutoCad, Revit, Navisworks, Vault, BIM360, ACC, etc.? Experience with GxP and strong document management skills, including an understanding of change control and drawing and documentation life cycle.? Demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels with customers, vendors, equipment suppliers and operations staff.? Strong technical and communication skills.? Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.? Ability to self-govern, make informed decisions, facilitate conflict resolution both internally and externally to develop relationships and build trust.? The candidate should also demonstrate core BMS behaviors, especially Accountability and Urgency.?? Location : Makkah
