  • Inform the kitchen team of any guest?s food requirement in accordance with bar standards and training manual
  • Report any complaints/comments to the F&B Manager, Outlets Manager or Supervisor immediately.
  • Acknowledge and bids farewell departing guests in your section, leaving them with a good and professional lasting impression
  • Inform Supervisor, F&B Manager or Outlets Manager of any out of stock/low in stock items
  • Ensure all operating equipment is handled carefully avoiding abuse and minimizing breakage
