We are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client a SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEERPurposeThe Senior Process Engineer work through gas field development plan, feasibility study, FEED, detailed design, construction, Pre/Commissioning of flowlines & Trunk lines, Well heads project, CPF modification and upgrade. Engineer has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for reviewing process/pipe/pipeline documents, inspection, planning and field execution supervision of all scope in the area and ensures construction activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved premises, work processes, and standards.Manage all GES service projects including prepare SOW, ITB preparation, evaluation, coordination, execution management, service order issuance, interim review, delivery acceptance, timesheet, and payments.To coordinate PMC to design document review and approval.To act as project manager for projects categorizing as process governing type.To finish SF department assigned work and work for achieving good department KPI.Experience/Qualifications RequiredBachelors in Surface Facility / Chemical Engineering. Preferred Post-Graduation - Master of Technology in process Engineering in oil and gas.Have good command of process simulation software.Project management knowledge.Project experience.15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas process in FEED, Detailed Design, Field Engineering & Construction, Pre-commissioning of EPCC projects.With knowledge of piping and pipeline.With project management experience in ITB preparation, Evaluation, project execution, project design documents review and approval.Excellent understanding of related Engineering and Construction documents/drawingsProcess software simulationTeamworkProblem solvingChange managementGood communication and decision after comprehensive balance of project elements.Duties/ResponsibilitiesTo prepare SOW for GES, minor project process/pipe/pipeline design.To do process simulation on oil, gas and water by ASPEN HYSYS, PLUS, Pipesim, Olga, Phast and analyze the bottleneck and put forward proposal of debottleneck.To finish minor design work including calculation, sow definition, datasheet, drawings, specifications and provide design condition to other disciplines.To prepare ITB based on design documents.To review and approve Process Engineering deliverables during feasibility, FEED & Detailed design works such as calculations, specifications, datasheets, drawings, procedures. Etc.Technical proposal of project requested by manager regarding to the projects concerning with process, piping and pipeline.Process simulation and related technical proposals.Take lead to do safety study for projects including HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, LOPA, Gas Dispersion..To supervise construction contractor process, piping, 3D model, processing construction works are safely executed in line with project drawing, specification and international code.To utilize the inventory material for new projects.Used P&IDs, plot plans and piping isometrics/GAD to walk down piping systems and red lined isometrics and other Piping/ Pipeline drawings.Responsible for GES contractor service order, schedule, performance, coordination, timesheet.Responsible for inspection of process systems site construction work and solve technical obstacles to achieve project targets.To optimize process flow based on existing facilities for the purpose of cost saving, safe operation and easy maintenance.To optimize technical scheme with appropriate/ fit for purpose codes of practice, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation,Able to estimate project capex cost estimation, man-hours and materials for delegated aspects of work.To support construction activity such as quality check list preparation, test package reviewing & Hydrostatic, leak tests witnessing, review marked red line.To participate the construction management and act as team leader as per manager instruction to take responsibility of the whole project from A to Z, including kick off meeting, project management aspects: schedule, scope, quality, HSE, communication (letter, email, verbal), contract, risk control and mitigation, LLIs expedition, custom clearance, AFC document approval and expedition, red-line drawing and as built drawings, pre-commissioning, commissioning, safety study for project, certificate verification and issuance, payment confirmation, VCO ? NCR closeout, punch list clearance, liaison with internal and external, contract claim and counterclaim, project closeout, construction records and document archive via DCC.To manage PMC in design review aspects; Solve technical disputes during detailed design review.To assess the opportunity of acquiring new oil and gas assets as per headquarter office requirements including technical scheme proposals, main equipment list, costing estimation, cost phasing?To communicate with BOC/FPs on technical issues.To finish other business assigned by department manager.
