-Work within a company with a solid track record of success-Excellent career development opportunities-Flexible working options (Remote)Our client is an online platform offering 1-on-1 relationship coaching, is committed to transforming relationships and fostering emotional well-being.The JobResponsibilities:Provide personalized 1-on-1 online relationship coaching sessions to clients.Address a wide array of relationships, including romantic, platonic, family, and parental dynamics, and sensitive topics.Offer empathetic guidance tailored to the unique needs of each client.Actively listen to clients concerns, provide comfort and support, and offer expert advice and actionable solutions.Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and integrity in coaching sessions.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and research in relationship coaching.Ideal CandidateRequirements:Proven experience as a Relationship Coach, with a focus on various relationship dynamicsStrong communication and active listening skills.Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to coaching.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsAbility to tailor coaching techniques to individual client needs through text, voice, and video calls.Coaching certification or relevant qualifications preferred but not mandatory.Experience in other coaching fields is a plus.Fluency in speaking, writing and reading of English language.
