Indoor Cycling Instructor/Personal TrainerOverviewDesign and teach High-Quality Indoor Cycle ClassesBuild Group Class Clientele attendance and monitor performanceDesign and create cycling class plans suitable for all levelsDeliver quality personal training sessions and assure safe effective training programsMonitor all sessions and report accordingly to Fitness Manager / Head TrainerExperiences & QualificationsRelevant degree / International qualifications to the role.Minimum 5 years of Industry experience as an indoor cycling instructorMinimum 2 years as a personal trainerExperience working individually and /or within a multi-disciplinary environmentExperience with Spivi advantageous (Not essential)A skilled instructor that delivers correct music mapping, motivational cueing and visualization techniquesExperience in Cycling specific training and general fitness conditioning.Experience teaching cycling group exercise classes that target endurance and interval training methods ? cardiovascular endurance and fast glycolysis or lactate threshold trainingDelivering Sport Specific classes may target different goals, including active recovery, cycling cardiovascular and muscular endurance, tempo training, lactate threshold training, VO2 max training, anaerobic training, neuromuscular power, or muscular loading for strength conditioning, or similarUnderstanding Muscular loading and strength conditioning - balancing the training methods used to create the Fitness incomeCycle programming and understanding how to implement and develop the correct class format that targets different training methods to develop varied fitness outcomesExperience in Client Health and Fitness assessments / Postural analysisExperience in monitoring and managing client improvementCandidates have invested in their development via CPD, certifications, seminars, upskill workshops and ongoing education during their professional careersNationality preferences: Europe, South America, South africaAge range: 24-35 range. exceptions can be madeYears of working experience: 2-3 for junior and 5 years plus for the seniorRecruitment flight: all includedHealthcare insurance: includedMajor requirements (fitness skill set, methods ad techniques): Mainly strong PT background is must, then any other skills are a plus.Contract duration: 1 yearo Mid Level (4-5 trainers) ?
