We always focus on cultivating professional relationships, networking, and attention to detail, which has greatly contributed to our success.On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Doctor, to hire urgently.Summary: As a Hospitality Doctor, your primary responsibility is to ensure the health and well-being of guests and visitors within the hospitality establishment. You will be expected to provide medical care, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of minor to moderate medical conditions and emergencies. Youll collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all patrons. Responsibilities: Medical Care: Provide medical consultations, assessments, and treatments to guests and visitors experiencing minor illnesses, injuries, and health concerns. This may include administering first aid, prescribing medications, and suggesting appropriate medical interventions. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond promptly to medical emergencies within the establishment. Coordinate with the appropriate emergency services if a situation requires advanced medical care or evacuation. Health Promotion: Educate guests and staff about basic health practices, hygiene, and preventive measures to minimize health risks and maintain a clean environment. Health Records: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for patients treated on the premises. Document patient information, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions as necessary. Collaboration: Work closely with other address any health-related concerns that could affect guests experiences. Medical Supplies: Manage and monitor the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and functionality at all times. Telemedicine: Depending on the establishments facilities and capabilities, provide remote medical consultations through telemedicine platforms for guests who require medical advice but may not need an in-person visit. Health Regulations: Stay informed about local health regulations and guidelines, ensuring that the establishment is compliant with all relevant health and safety standards. Guest Communication: Communicate effectively with guests about medical services available on-site, hours of operation, and emergency procedures. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience, preferred ER experience. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Valid medical license to practice in the jurisdiction where the establishment is located. Experience in emergency medicine, family medicine, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of common hospitality practices and guest service etiquette.
