Summary: Our client is seeking for an outstanding individual to be hired as a Paddle Tennis Trainer for this 7 stars luxury hospitality , Paddle coach certified with a track record of one-to-one and group sessions with inexperienced as well as experienced guests. A strong background in tennis coaching with professional level of paddle skills will be considered. Main Responsibility : Primarily lead individual/groups of guests to Paddle tennis coaching in Hurawalhi and Kudadoo. Present a professional in uniform appearance and attitude at all times at guest area. Making sure Paddle tennis court is well cleaned all the time, chairs and tables are kept dust free and Sun Umbrella is opened all the time. Take personal responsibility in making sure Paddle tennis and Tennis court are maintenance free, repair and security of equipments and satisfactory to ensure meeting of guest expectations. Must promote various Paddle lesson/services available. Must lead the organization of any and all Paddle tennis tournaments. Ensure Paddle tennis/Tennis supplies are well monitored and stocked, and inform the Fitness Supervisor promptly when orders are required. Be prepared to move between different resorts according to the operational needs of the business. Eleanor is checked constantly on guest bookings. Daily guest bookings and coaching sessions detail report to be filed. When guest bookings are there to play Paddle tennis, must be available 15 minutes ahead to make sure court is cleaned and racket, balls, water, towels are setup for guests. Paddle tennis and Tennis are to be played with guest on request. Coaching classes to be held from 0700am to 0900pm for Paddle Tennis. Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on using Paddle tennis court. Keeps records of routine maintenance and repairs of the Paddle tennis/Tennis court facility and make recommendations to the Management regarding their replacement, if needed. Rackets and balls to be well-kept in a good condition at all the time. Work as a team with Fitness & Wellness team, proactively provide assistance to all guests using fitness & wellness activities each day. This will include being at the guest gym to ensure guests are assisted, equipment is clean, amenities are stocked and assisting with offsite activities like yoga preparation. Perform any other jobs related to duties assigned by the management. Our Requirements: Associate or Bachelors Diploma in Health & Fitness Management, Sports Science, Physical Education, and other related field. Minimum 3 years Fitness Instructor experience. First Aid and CPR Training preferred. Must maintain a neat, personal hygiene, clean and well-groomed (Specific standards available).Benefits Tax free salary.
