We always focus on cultivating professional relationships, networking, and attention to detail, which has greatly contributed to our success.On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Junior Technician - Pool , to hire urgently.Summary: The Junior Technician - Pool is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair, and operation of the pool facilities within a hospitality establishment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical skills, and a customer service-oriented attitude to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: Pool Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, chemical balance, and overall appearance of the pool and surrounding areas according to established standards and regulations. Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical dispensers to ensure optimal functionality. Water Quality Management: Regularly test and adjust water chemistry to maintain safe and balanced conditions for swimming. Safety Compliance: Monitor the pool area for potential safety hazards and promptly address any issues to ensure a secure environment for guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Minor Repairs: Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks on pool equipment and facilities, such as replacing tiles, repairing leaks, and fixing or replacing damaged equipment. Customer Assistance: Interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their inquiries, providing information about pool facilities, and assisting with their needs. Cleaning and Upkeep: Clean and vacuum the pool, maintain the deck area, and ensure pool furniture is arranged neatly and in good condition. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities, chemical readings, and repairs performed. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations and contribute to a positive work environment. Training: Participate in training sessions related to pool maintenance, safety procedures, and customer service to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience working on pool and jacuzzi systems, water treatment and heating. Females preferable. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality environment, is a plus. Basic knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment operation is desirable. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to handle and work with pool chemicals safely and effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain it is advantageous. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Lift and carry heavy equipment and supply as required. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Benefits: Tax free salary.
