Summary: The Nurse at Luxury Hospitality Property plays a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our esteemed guests and staff. As a dedicated healthcare professional, the Nurse provides top-notch medical care and assistance while upholding the highest standards of luxury service. The Nurse collaborates with the Health and Wellness team to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Guest Health Services: Provide timely and compassionate medical care to guests in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Administer first aid, medication, and medical treatments as required, following established protocols and guidelines. Assist in medical emergencies, coordinating with external medical facilities when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of guest medical information. Health and Wellness Collaboration: Collaborate with the Health and Wellness team to create and implement wellness programs and initiatives for guests. Conduct health assessments, consultations, and recommend personalized wellness plans. Offer guidance on nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle choices to promote overall well-being. Staff Health Support: Provide medical care and support to staff members in cases of illness or injury, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. Conduct regular health screenings and immunization programs for staff, as needed. Train and educate staff on basic health and safety protocols. Emergency Preparedness: Assist in developing and maintaining emergency response protocols and procedures. Participate in regular drills and training to ensure readiness for medical emergencies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive emergency response plan. Medical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for guests and staff. Document all medical assessments, treatments, and interventions following standard procedures. Health Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote health and wellness offerings to potential guests. Participate in creating content for promotional materials, showcasing the propertys commitment to guest well-being.Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience, preferred ER experience. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols. Excellent interpersonal skills with a guest-centric attitude. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Benefits: Tax free salary.
