We always focus on cultivating professional relationships, networking, and attention to detail, which has greatly contributed to our success.On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Psychologist, to hire urgently.Summary: As a Hospitality Psychologist, your role is to enhance the overall guest experience by providing psychological support, counseling, and wellness services within the hospitality establishment. Youll contribute to creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere for guests, helping them manage stress, emotional challenges, and other psychological concerns that may arise during their stay.Responsibilities: Guest Counseling: Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to guests who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or other emotional challenges during their stay. Wellness Programs: Develop and implement wellness programs and workshops that focus on stress reduction, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and other strategies to promote mental well-being. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate psychological support in the event of emergencies or crises, such as accidents, medical incidents, or natural disasters, to help guests and staff manage emotional reactions and cope effectively. Emotional Support: Act as a point of contact for guests who seek emotional support, lending a compassionate ear and helping them navigate their feelings in a non-judgmental manner. Educational Sessions: Organize educational seminars or talks on topics related to mental health, self-care, and emotional resilience for guests and staff. Referral Services: Collaborate with local mental health professionals and resources to provide guests with appropriate referrals for ongoing therapy or counseling, if needed. Stress Management: Assist guests in identifying sources of stress and developing personalized coping strategies to enhance their overall well-being during their stay. Staff Training: Provide training and workshops for staff members on recognizing signs of guest distress, effective communication, and offering basic emotional support. Confidentiality: Ensure strict adherence to ethical guidelines and maintain the confidentiality of guests seeking psychological support. Documentation: Keep accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and interventions. Qualifications: Valid licensure to practice as a psychologist in the jurisdiction where the establishment is located. Experience in providing counseling and therapy services, ideally in a hospitality or customer-focused setting. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and approaches. Ability to communicate complex psychological concepts in an understandable and relatable manner. Sensitivity to cultural differences and an inclusive approach to providing support. Understanding of privacy laws and ethical guidelines in psychological practice. Benefits: Tax free salary.
