?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Support the QA manager to ensure that all quality procedures are implemented, maintained, and complied with the Alghanim F&B brands standard as well as the international requirements.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Auditing Alghanim F&B stores in different markets based on Alghanim Food Safety Checklist and auditing plans.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Auditing Alghanim F&B suppliers in different markets based on yearly calendar.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Conducting continuous quality monitoring on products, keeping records and taking necessary actions.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Support the operation team with the quality assurance requirements and training on any of the new QA standards. ?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Keeping & ensuring all QA records are available and well organized. ?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Coordinate with laboratories, suppliers & operations on the required analysis based on the defined plan. Analyze results and initiate corrective and preventive actions.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Sending Weekly and monthly reports of the quality department to operation team and operation leaders.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Follow up with operation team on raised NCs & corrective actions.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Working side by side together with the training department to establish the quality assurance training plan and ensuring that this plan is implemented.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Able to handle any other tasks required to support the QA department to achieve the company goals.
