We always focus on cultivating professional relationships, networking, and attention to detail, which has greatly contributed to our success.On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Security Attendant, to hire urgently.Summary: The Security Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property within the hospitality establishment. Working as part of the security team, the Security Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons and staff members.Key Responsibilities: Surveillance and Monitoring: Utilize surveillance systems, such as CCTV cameras, to monitor various areas of the property. Identify and report any suspicious activities, incidents, or breaches of security protocols promptly to the Security Manager. Keep a vigilant eye on the premises, preventing unauthorized access and ensuring compliance with security regulations. Access Control: Control access points, both pedestrian and vehicular, by checking the identification of visitors, employees, and contractors. Issue visitor badges and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed for non-residential guests. Monitor guestroom floors and restricted areas to prevent unauthorized entry. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches. Assist in the implementation of evacuation procedures when necessary and ensure guests and employees are safe during emergencies. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including public areas, guest floors, and back-of-house areas. Act as a visible deterrent to potential security threats by maintaining a strong presence throughout the property. Guest and Employee Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and information about the propertys facilities. Collaborate with hotel staff to address and resolve guest concerns, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities by completing detailed and concise reports. Document any security-related incidents, including the actions taken and the outcome. Collaboration: Work closely with other security team members, as well as departments such as front office, housekeeping, and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Training and Compliance: Stay informed about the latest security procedures, protocols, and technologies through ongoing training. Adhere to and enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or hospitality is a plus. Previous security experience, preferably in a hospitality or customer-focused setting. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures. Proficiency in using security and surveillance equipment. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
