We believe in sustainable production methods to ensure our planet can thrive, and we would love for you to taste our ice cream to experience the passion we have for our craft.Job Title: Sukkly Brand and Marketing Specialist As Sukklys Brand & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote and grow the ice cream brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and creative teams, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.Responsibilities:1. Brand Strategy and Positioning:- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and target audience identification.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation.- Define and communicate the brands unique value proposition and key messages to internal and external stakeholders.2. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase sales.- Create engaging and creative marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and advertisements.- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling visuals and messaging for marketing materials.- Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.3. Product Development and Portfolio Management:- Work closely with the product development team to identify and develop new ice cream flavors, products, and packaging that align with consumer preferences and market trends.- Manage the product portfolio, including product lifecycle analysis, SKU rationalization, and new product launches.- Conduct regular product performance analysis and make recommendations for improvements or discontinuations.4. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales.- Manage the brands website, social media channels, and other digital platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience.- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other online marketing tactics to optimize brand visibility and customer acquisition.- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.5. Sales Support and Retail Activation:- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and promotional programs to drive product distribution and retail activation.- Provide sales teams with marketing materials, sales tools, and training to support their efforts.- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.6. Budget Management and ROI Analysis:- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, including ROI, sales impact, and customer engagement, and provide regular reports to senior management.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.- Proven experience as a brand manager or marketing manager in the food or consumer packaged goods industry.- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behavior.- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.- Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Leadership qualities and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.- Familiarity with the ice cream industry and trends.
